?Can I return if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If delivery product is include error or incorrect item, you can return it.

You can return by following the Return Policy of PRO 1 Global Company. 

?What is the return policy?

Product Return Policy

1. The items purchased from PRO 1 Online Store will be exchanged with the original invoice or receipt only within (14) days.

2. We will only returns after 5% deduction from original amount.

3. Normally deposit cash coupon from product return can be use within 60 days or 2 months at PRO 1 Online Store.

4. Exchange items must be in original packaging that has not been used by the customer.

5. The items that are custom-made order due to the customer's needs are not allowed to be exchanged.

6 .When return the ceramic tiles, we accept only the packing box quantity will be accepted.

7. The Items with Serial No: will be returned only with a Warranty Card issued by the manufacturer.

8. If you want to return the product caused by the defect of the manufacturing plant, you must send it directly to the manufacturing plant with the warranty card.
